Description

ST555 Heavy-Duty Wet Sandblast Kit – 500 Bar

The ST555 heavy-duty wet sandblast kit is designed for professional and industrial pressure-washing systems operating at up to 500 bar.

Wet sandblasting draws abrasive media into the high-pressure water stream, helping remove rust, paint, coatings and stubborn surface contamination while reducing airborne dust compared with dry blasting.

Choose between DN12 and DN19 injector diameters, then select the nozzle size that matches the pressure and flow of your machine.

Available injector sizes

  • DN12 – 12 mm internal diameter
  • DN19 – 19 mm internal diameter

The DN12 and DN19 versions use the same basic sandblasting setup but have different injector bore sizes to suit different operating requirements.

Key features

  • Maximum working pressure: 500 bar
  • M22 male inlet connection
  • 500 mm lance
  • Hardened stainless-steel nozzle components
  • Available with DN12 or DN19 injector diameter
  • Multiple nozzle sizes available
  • Suitable for professional wet abrasive blasting

Typical applications

  • Rust removal
  • Paint and coating removal
  • Surface preparation
  • Cleaning metalwork
  • Graffiti removal
  • Compatible masonry cleaning

Choosing the correct version

Select the injector diameter and nozzle size carefully according to the output of your pressure washer.

Available nozzle sizes include:

  • 03
  • 04
  • 055
  • 065
  • 075

Incorrect nozzle sizing can reduce performance or place unnecessary strain on the pressure washer.

Important information

Use only clean, dry abrasive media suitable for wet blasting. Always wear suitable eye, face, respiratory and protective equipment.

Do not direct the jet towards people, animals, glass or delicate surfaces. Test on a small area before full application.
