Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible.

Most small items, accessories and spare parts are dispatched within 1–2 working days using a tracked courier service. Delivery times may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.

Larger items such as pressure washers, van-mounted systems, boilers, hose reels, tanks, frames and machinery may require pallet delivery or specialist courier transport. Delivery times for larger items will be confirmed after order placement.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where possible. For oversized, heavy or custom-built products, we may contact you after your order to confirm the most suitable delivery method and cost.

Please ensure the delivery address, phone number and email address provided at checkout are correct. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details.

Customers must inspect goods on arrival. Any visible damage, missing items or delivery issues should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.

For pallet deliveries, please check the goods before signing. If the packaging or goods appear damaged, please sign as damaged or refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For delivery outside mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, islands or remote areas, please contact us before ordering as additional charges may apply.

Custom-built systems or made-to-order products may have longer lead times. Estimated build and delivery times will be confirmed before or after purchase depending on the product.
