Change of Mind Returns

If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us, you then have 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging, manuals, accessories and parts included.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a tracked and insured return service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process any refund due to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, not as described or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, description of the issue and photographs where applicable.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a suitable remedy, which may include replacement parts, repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:

Custom-built or made-to-order systems
Products that have been installed, used, modified or damaged by the customer
Special-order parts
Electrical items that have been fitted or used
Chemicals or liquids that have been opened
Items returned incomplete or not in resaleable condition

Custom-Built Equipment

Van-mounted systems, fabricated frames, modified machinery, bespoke builds and made-to-order products are built to customer requirements and may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started, unless faulty or not as described.

Warranty

Some products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods vary by product and brand. Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, frost damage, wear-and-tear items, blocked filters, contaminated fuel/water supply, or damage caused by unsuitable chemicals or operation outside the manufacturer’s guidance.
